Promotional Period: The offer is available from 24 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 inclusive, unless extended or withdrawn earlier by the Promoter to the extent permitted by law.
Eligibility: The offer applies to eligible new and demonstrator Mazda vehicles that are in stock and available for delivery, purchased by private customers from Newstead Mazda and delivered by 31 October 2026. Fully electric vehicles are excluded. The offer is limited to eligible vehicles available during the promotional period.
Fuel Allowance Calculation: The fuel allowance is calculated using an estimated annual driving distance of 12,100 kilometres, based on Australian Bureau of Statistics vehicle usage data, the applicable vehicle’s published combined fuel consumption figure from Mazda Australia, and the applicable fixed fuel price benchmark. The calculation is: (12,100 km ÷ 100) × combined fuel consumption (L/100 km) × applicable fuel price ($/L).
Fuel Price Benchmark: For the purposes of calculating the fuel allowance, a fixed benchmark fuel price of $2.41 per litre will be applied to both petrol and diesel vehicles. This benchmark remains fixed for the promotion and does not change with subsequent retail fuel price movements.
Fuel Gift Card: The calculated allowance will be provided as a Gift Card Store Fuel Gift Card or cards to the equivalent value. The eGift card will be sent to the customer’s email address within five business days of vehicle delivery. The gift card is redeemable at participating fuel service stations, subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions, expiry requirements and location restrictions. Lost, stolen or damaged cards are subject to the issuer’s replacement policy.
Estimated Allowance: The offer provides a calculated fuel allowance only and does not guarantee coverage of all fuel expenses over a 12-month period. Actual fuel consumption, driving distances and fuel prices may vary. The applicable fuel card value is determined by the calculation set out in these terms.
Exclusions and Limitations: The offer is available to private customers only and excludes fully electric vehicles. The offer is limited to one fuel allowance per eligible vehicle, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vehicle availability and stock limits apply.
General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the offer to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
